Capitec Blocked Account

I Had An Incident Last Month When Someone sent money to my account without me knowing and then he called asking me to send it back as it was sent by mistake and I did so, a few days later I was due to receive my stipend of which it was paid to my account but could not access it? My Account was Blocked I went to the bank they said I should wait for a message from November I had nothing, I Waited And Waited till November ends Still There’s No Communication From The Bank Absolutely Nothing I Am Doing Business I Am Not Able To Buy People Their Products Nor My Baby Anything Because I Do Not Have Have Access To The Card…I Am Struggling And Suffering yet I Did Report The Matter! They Do Not Care About Their Clients Their Service Is Very Bad I Wouldn’t Recommend It To Anyone😭😭😭😭😭😭💔💔💔💔💔It’s December Now I Don’t Even Have Money To Go Back Home Because They Dont Want To Help Me With This Matter
