Capitec blocked account

I sold bitcoin on a legitimate platform and received payment into my Capitec account. My account then got reported as *****ulent after the guy claimed that he did not get what he paid for. Herewith sequence of events 12/11/2023 – app not opening 13/11/2023 – Called consultant and was told account blocked due to alleged *****ulent activities 14/11/2023 - Submitted documents and affidavit at branch 16/11/2023 - mailed to ask for feedback and resubmitted documents 19/11/2023 – Was requested to send more supporting documents

I called each and every day to follow up but it’s a constant ”we are working on it” answer. I sent all the proof of payments and receipts as requested, but to this day, nothing.
