Capitec blocked acc

I wrote about my blocked account last week Monday, capitec complaints agent contacted me, I was then asked to visit nearest capitec bank, I did..they emailed forensic about my issue, I was then asked to submit affidavit and my I'd copy, till today my account is still blocked,its the 25 th today, funds will be rejected, policies won't go through. I'm frustrated with capitec
