Capitec Blacklisted me without notice

I had a loan at Capitec in 2015 and I paid the monthly installments until 2017 when I lost my job. In 2018 September I got the new job and I approached Capitec Bank to arrange with them so that I can continue paying them. At the branch they told me that my account has been handed over to their lawyers (Sadler). I then contacted their lawyers to arrange for payment. I continue paying them R1000 until May this year. then I contacted the lawyers via email to deduct R2000 every month as from June 2020. When I checked the balance on Capitec it is R96,254.13 but the lawyers says the balance is R138,755.78 but now I am told that my account is on 9 months arrears. I want to pay off those arrears but the lawyers want me to pay the total balance of which I don't have. The total balance to me it is confusing. And now Capitec blacklisted me now I want to pay off the arrears and increase my monthly installment and deal with one balance. I don't know which one is right between the two balances. I have asked Hester Strydom form Sadler to send me the total amount of arrears on my account and she said I have to pay the whole amount. Capitec blacklisted me without notifying me. I want to increase the amount but now I am scared I may end up paying Capitec balance and that of Sadler. If I don't ask for my statement Sadler they don't send it not even Capitec.
