Capitec Bethal Branch - "Poor Poor Service Dissapointing

Poor service at Capitec Bethal Mpumalanga branch. The consultants look angry and the treatment is beyong poor. Their deposit ATM was broken so we had to deposit inside. One of the guys, looks senior I didn't get his name but he's White. Utter rudeness, no regard given towards customers, he looked more annoyed that they have to help customers make deposits. I'm very dissapointed. From the moment you are assisted at the door by the lady who gives you a ticket. She looks angry, doesn't greet. I visited Capitec on 17-09-2021
