Capitec BEST Bank in SA

HI Capitec - EXCELLENT bank....CONGRATULATIONS on being rated the BEST bank iro of keeping customers happy.... ......herewith a copy of a 2nd review of FNB I have just posted 'post' my previous one: I'll 'expand' on my previous post re FNB:

You try draw money sent to you by e-wallet....if it is NOT in multiples of R50/ R100 notes....you cannot get it out of an ATM

- Imagine I was sitting in a restaurant and had a bill to pay and someone put R80 in for me....IF you can get R50 out......you can't access the other R30....because NO ATM will ever have a R20 note in it. The branch manager I complained to explained that it's an "off-site" machine....so if it runs out of R20 notes...you can't draw it. Understandable...but a WEEK later...not one-of-FOUR FNB ATM's in Fish Hoek EVER has R20 notes?????? - Imagine 'Mama' has done her days work...couldn't get paid her wage for day/ maybe somehow lost it...BUT KNOWS SHE HAS R20-ODD in her account so she can get taxi/ trainfare home...BUT CAN'T DRAW IT!!! THEN WHAT???? WILL FNB SEND A UBER FOR HER??? I think they starting to discriminate against anyone 'impoverished'!....else they wouldn't do this...and make sure their machines are properly stocked REGULARLY....not just at branch (onsite) machines - I WILL NOT TOLERATE A CALL FROM ANYONE THAN THE CEO'S OFFICE - NOT INTERESTED IN TALKING TO SOME CONSULTANT WHO HAS NO CLUE WHAT THEY SPEAKING ABOUT/ ALT. BE TOLD THE MATTER HAS BEEN "ESCALALTED " - Is this not maybe violating 'human rights' as per above (denying you access to YOUR money...NOT FNB's??? - PLEASE NOTE (As per my advices re CAPITEC about moving accounts to them)....ALL OVER THE NEWS...RATED AS THE BEST BANK IRO OF KEEPING THEIR CUSTOMERS HAPPY!....GO READ.....
