capitec benefiting from R99 ****

my account has been debited for R99 and R154 by a company called av legal i have no idea who they are reported this to capitec and i was told i should call these people even though i don't know them and i have stopped the debits several times in the app but still capitec allows this to happen because they benefit from it it cost me around R18 to reverse these debits that is why they don't even bother to stop this kind of ***** from happening it benefits them its frustrating to deal with the same thing over and over again i hope this will be my last complain
