Capitec belongs in the circus industry

Capitec is officially the worst bank to ever exist - disgusting customer service and I would never recommend another earthling to ever consider them as a potential bank to bank with.

I'm no Karen, but let me just spill some verbal diarrhea here because i'm getting absolutely no response from this institution. In 2016/2017 I was happily paying off a loan that i had with them - and let me tell you - the loan was no pocket change. My husband's company that he worked for then got liquidated and it came to a point where we were really struggling financially. After continuous calls, visits to branches i asked them nicely just to halve my installment and do you think they did it? H3ll no! Every single month it was a struggle and all i would do was go to my own bank and reverse the debit order because NO ONE AT THIS BANK WAS HELPING ME. Fast forward to 6 months later: Capitec hands me over to Vertex solutions. Very nice people here and to date I've had no problems and i am still paying them via debit order. Latest installment was 26 August 2020 Plot twist: without me knowing on June 15th, 2020 Capitec hands me over to Norman Bisset & Associates as well regarding the same loan. First call confused me and i was like: Why you calling me when I'm already paying Vertex? These people have called me 4 times a day everyday looking for their money. I've called Capitecs legal department wanting answers and the consultant says: email CCS Enquiries. Well sir, for your info I've emailed them once and resent the same email 7 times! no one responds to my query, coupled with the harassment from NBA.... I mean people, I've worked right through lock down, 6 days a week. This past weekend was my first full weekend off since lockdown started. Will you believe me if i said that NBA called me on Saturday morning before 8am?? Can anyone blame me for my frustration? Guess what? While writing this review someone from NBA called me. I am so angry right now.
