Capitec being Capitec, agáín.....

Really Capitec??? Again??? We've been struggling with Capitec for the past 2 years.. As soon as one problem is solved, 3 other pop up🙄🙄🙄.... Thanks to Capitec's "haste" to solve our disputes with them, our business has been struggling. Now we must start paying back the loan we had a 2 year extension on next month. We've phoned 3 months ago to make arrangements, because we can't pay the full installment, thanks to their "help" as a bank. Guess the response?? We must first miss a payment, and let our credit rating suffer, befóre they will be able to help us... Really??? Whát kind of assistance is that?? People be really careful befóre you do ány business with Capitec bank...
