As it is financial year end in South Africa and all Capitec has done is to be the number one bank , never mind the client who had made them that . They have neglected to pay attention to their systems as they do not cope . Very sad but they don't care as they are no 1 "F" up shame on you. People if this had charged you in anyway send them the bill and see what happens..... nothing as in South Africa nobody is accountable.
