Capitec Bank's poor service.

I went to Capitec Bank to ask for help.To make a payment from Capitec Bank to Discocery Health Medical aid.After numerous tries to make payment on my Capitec app. I asked to see a consultant.The person who helped me ,refused to let me see a consultant who could better assist me. I am sick and tired of Capitec Bank's staff who refuses to let me see a consultant.
