Capitec Bank's Issues

Hi I just found out that capitec has blocked my bank account and that is soon after iv been trying to make unsuccessful transactions. I went to one of the branch here in Pretoria one of the consultants then says it's been Blocked because I received R510 ,I fail to understand how can that be the reason my account is blocked ,she also had no clear explanation on what could be the exact reason, instead she says I need to go do an avidavit,open a case n certify my ID then come back with the above for my account to be active again It's really frustrating because I don't know the reason why my account is blocked now I have to run around police stations n do certain documents ,for things I do not know Isn't it that my bank account can be used to send and receive money ?if so then why is it blocked? I have commitments during the day everyday as a result I cannot manage to go queue at the police station for long hours for things I do not know, secondly I have a bank card that I need to use for transactions ,at the moment I'm stuck!
