Capitec bank's forensic team

I was placed under investigation by the so called capitec forensic department, still even now when I go to the branch to know about how the process is going the ask me the same questions as if it's for the first time going there. Then I concluded that I will No longer use capitec and that my capitec account was disabled, but a friend of mine who thought I still had my capitec account sent me some cash using the app, only to find out that he cant reverse it and when i went there to equre about the issue they tell me to call the forensics but then they also fail to solve the issue and send me to the bank again, which is still the same. Those people are not doing their job at the forensic department, but I still want my money.
