CAPITEC BANKS DOWNFALLS

Why is this bank is so ridiculous. Why run the debit orders on 15th without my concern. I haven't got paid as of the 15 and I don't who died and made you God to just debit my Fnb bank and now I have charges of insufficient funds. This idiotic decision was not communicated to me as an account holder...Does capetic ever think for it customer, this is the second instance that I'm not happy with their services. The first one is when they had a system glitch and their debit order didn't run through and they went and black list my credit profile. This is the most horrible bank I've seen. They don't communicate nothing yet they leave in the worse financial position as before. It obvious Capitec bank is not here for the interest of the people yet it put out to the people to benefit itself. It should consider shutting down because it's business operation/strategy it against the national consumer's act...I'm really frustrated 😤
