Capitec personal loan is a ****. I took out a 36 month loan l. Paid for a year and then rescheduled due to employment changes. So although I had 24 months left to pay the rescheduling added 36 more months. So a total of 60 months. However, Capitec increased my term to 102 months. I requested a statement which reflects the interest paid thus far and the interest still outstanding on the loan but I have received zero assistance. My loan has basically remained unchanged as though I haven't been making monthly payments each month without a month skipped and some months I add a little extra
