Capitec Banking App

Hi

I have been trying to activate the Capitec banking app on my phone since I have a changed phones. On the app it said I must go to a branch and I did. They also could not help with the app. Tried multiple times and nothing.

They suggested I download the old app as maybe the new app doesn’t work properly. Downloaded the old app and still says to go to a branch.

I’m out of ideas now.
