Capitec bank Zeerust Branch (Autumn leaf mall)

Good day,I am Bethuel Mogorosi i write to Hello peter with heavy heart to highlight my dissatisfaction with Capitec Bank(Autumn leaf Zeerust Branch) On the 22/11/2024 I took up a long term loan with capitec bank at the above mentioned branch,I was assisted by Consultant named Nomzamo Gungqisa.She gave me a long term loan as i requested and merged it with credit card telling me that the amount that i qualify for is lower than what i requested.Nomzamo made it clear that i will pay not more than R4000 for both credit card and loan amount.I didn't want credit card to begin with and she convenienced me to take credit card without explaining to me how it works,she said that i will pay R4000 for 24 months that includes credit card amount.To my surprise i was given credit life policy certificate only.1st month the installment went off as per agreement.December 2024 i was concerned as R4000 went off and R1200,that's when i began being surprised.I've been quiet about this and it's haunting me because the additional amount is inconveniencing me.1st week of March 2025 i went to the branch for thorough expansion and Nomzamo was less interested in assisting me and i asked for the Branch Manager whom also hid the fact that i was given both credit card and term loan without being given loan agreements.i then asked the branch manage to give me loan agreements,he did as i asked that when i was surprised that my fixed term loan is 44 month were as i was told that it's 24. I plead with hello peter to assist me regarding this injustice.I hate the fact that i was never given Term loan agreement and Credit card agreement copy that i was **** to regarding it's repayment.The two installments are too much for me as i expected to pay not more than R4000 like i was told by Nomzamo.im suffocating financially due to R1200 that I'm paying on top of R4000 and im unable to cover transport fare for my kids.i wouldn't have agreed to 44 months term since well i planned to retire at age 55
