Capitec Bank wrongly deposited Account

Afternoon, I recently (2025-12-01) accidentally deposited money R 1000 into a wrong Capitec Account holders account with the name of Clement Cele account nr ***, the said R 1000 was meant for my Mom's mointhly stipend. I went into the Capitec Branch here in Nelspruit Crossing and was sent from pillar to post. They simply told me that there is nothing they can do to assist. Anybody please assist as this money cannot be replaced. I am off the opinion that Capitec Bank should at least be able to reverse this money. I have given proof that this money was wrongly deposited as the Account numbers are more or less the same.
