CAPITEC BANK WRONGFULL

Today Capitec Bank froze my account which I found out while attempting to pay at the checkout counter at Atrium Spar in Port Elizabeth. I went to my closest branch in Newton Park to enquire as to the reason. it transpires that a client of mine who had signed my quotation for a Power backup system and paid the full amount of R15 921 had found a cheaper supplier and now decided to cancel the deal. There was no communication from the client, Mr AF Gerber, merely a text saying does not want it. I drove to the clients house to find a competitor company installing a system but he was nowhere to be found and would not answer his phone. In good faith i refunded Mr Gerber his monies to his ABSA account less an administrative cost of 20 % of the transaction fee. Unbeknown to me Mr Gerber had reported the transaction as ***** to Capitec Bank and they in turn froze my account leaving me no access to any money what so ever. I enquired with the consultant as to how this can happen, she rep**** saying its easy enough and that if your story sounds feasible you can report anyones account as ********** and they will freeze that individuals account.

i Lost my job due to unfair dismissal in December and am destitute and now Capitec in all their wisdom goes and freezes my account leaving me with no funds at all. THANKS CAPITEC !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
