CAPITEC "BANK" - WORST DECISION I EVER MADE!!!!
I have a personal loan with Capitec (worst decision I have EVER made!!)....my debit order date is set to the 26th of the month but Capitec decide when they want to debit my account and took my money out of my account on the 18 December!!! I had NO MONEY until I got paid and they did not give a damn!! One "woman" disgustingly even put the phone down on me when I spoke to her!!
I do not have airtime to phone and phone this useless bank, please call me!!! ********** !!!!
PLEASE SORT THIS OUT!!! THIS CAN NEVER EVER HAPPEN AGAIN!!! IT IS THEFT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
