CAPITEC BANK WORST BANK IN AFRIKA

Honestly anyone who chooses to use Capitec Bank doesn't value their sanity, it has the worst and most shocking client services. It has been over a month and still my inquiry has not been resolved, I called last week and spoke to one of their Team leader she promised to do a follow up and call me the next day till today i'm waiting for that call!!! CAPITEC BANK it is shocking to me how you are okay with this kind of service and the way you treat your client whilst calling yourselves a bank!!! truly disgusting i would say do better but i know for a fact you don't care about your clients.
