Capitec Bank worst bank ever

It's clear that our money is not safe with Capitec,, there's this Edream Prime bunch of ****ers that kept on taking money from my Account it always shows as online shopping I even decided to deactivate online shopping option from my App and now they came up with a new methot card purchase while I'm sleeping at home with my Card but my money gone just like that,, Capitec how's that possible why can't I trust you to keep my money safe, like u really failing me I don't even know these people I'm not the person who likes signing up all these nonsense
