CAPITEC BANK , WORST BANK EVER 😡

PATHETIC SERVICE DELIVERY 😡 - I Was De-*****ED in the Beginning of NOVEMBER 2023. After 15 visits to the Branch , The BANK had NUMEROUS EXCUSES of NOT ASSISTING me / to Retrieve my Money of R 13 000. Case was Reported to the LOCAL POLICE dept. within 48 hours. 2 months and 2weeks the BANK told me They Can't retrieve my Money , the people that ****MED me has Shifted there money to other Banks. Capitec Bank had there Photos's , Fingerprints & Addresses on there Data Base and they Didn't wanted to Make a Conviction. They Let the ****MERS get away. Police Investigating Sergeant never got back me ever. MONEY GONE & ****MERS live another day to **** OTHERS. HOW ******* and INHUMANE can OUR BANKING & JUSTICE SYSTEM now really be. South Africa 🇿🇦 , Sad but this is our beloved 😢 Country
