Capitec Bank worst bank ever

5 times now trying to open a normal savings account. Everytime another story. Now the excuse was that my id number is not showing on my Telkom acc???? Really? No acc these days have your Id number on for security reasons. Pathetic. Never in my life was it such an issue to open an account. Last tim they requested my lease contract. I took it then there was an issue because they wanted the original one and not the e-mailed one. Today they were willing to accept it ifi had it with me? Really? 5 times??? Pathetic
