CAPITEC BANK WORST BANK EVER
This bank dont even deserve a star. I have been ****** of my funds on the Capitec facebook page, they have gained access to my banking app and took out all my funds. I opened a case and capitec bank refuse to refund me as they say the money was used to buy bitcoin. I havent received a call, they only time I was told about not getting a refund is when I email. This is the worst bank ever. the unprofessional. I have been ****med on their page and they could assist, Till date I received no feedback and customer service is the worst.
