A lady by the name of Abigail from the "complains department" called me on Monday claiming that she will find out what's happening and get back to me, I'm still waiting for feedback, I'm tired of Capitec pretending to be of assistance when I'm in a dire situation, I want the money of my late husband to be deposited into the deceased account so I can by food and electricity as I am unemployed.
