Capitec Bank, Worcester, Mountain Mill Mall.

I decided to open an account at Capitec and went to the local branch at Mountain Mill Mall in Worcester. A lady, by the name of Bernadette assisted me. She was excellent!! She explained all the products to me and assured me of her availability whenever I needed to make any changes. She made me feel at ease and rendered friendly and professional service. The manager (I think his name is Vernon) of the branch also came to greet me and offer his assistance with any queries I might still have. I just loved the warm and welcoming atmosphere there. Will definitely move all my finances to Capitec.
