Capitec bank wont pay me back

I went to Capitec bank ATM, where I was supposed to withdraw R500 and the ATM only gave me R300. I went to the branch where I was told to contact the call center, everytime the call center is called, we get a different reference number and they would say they will call me again after a certain number of days but they dont. Will I get my R200 from Capitec or are they ******** us with that ATM? They have received numerous reports about it but they dont fix it or refund.
