Capitec Bank withholding funds with no communication

Capitec is the worst and unsafe bank, they have held my money due to someone doing ***** with my account, they did not even communicate this with me. I had to find out by logging into my account. Now 3weeks later they pause my account with no communication. I have never banked with a bank that is no transparent and does not communicate.

They will hold your money and pay the *****ster, instead of investigating and communicating with the account holder. The whatsapp helpline does not even help.
