Capitec bank will protect ******** rather than a coustemer

Horrible bank someone ****med me R5000.00 when i went to speak to them they say the account has been ******** a few people. So they are allowing this account to carry on robbing people. When i asked for help they would not help me saying it could take months an proberly wont even recive my money they might just close the account. So i pay for an account so the bank can just allow known **** arrtist to just keep ******** people. Not only do they not look willing to help there staff was extremely rude an seems like they will do more to protect the ******** than there clients who bank with them. They told me the account just ****med another person for R15000.00 so they clearly know who is doing it an how often but do nothing to help us at all it actualy ridiculous.
