Capitec bank will accuse you wrongly only to withhold your money from you.

Capitec bank has decided to act like lord and savior over my money, as I complained in my earlier review Capitec bank frozen my account on the excuse that a payment made to my account was flagged as ********** and that I must produce proof which I promptly did, it turns out it was another account that was initially flagged not mine and my only crime apart from choosing Capitec to keep my savings with is that the person made a payment to me. 12 days of investigation Capitec bank is yet to release my funds even though they have all proofs they asked for including proof of payment sent to me by the person who made the payment, at this point even their consultants don't have a clue what to do anymore and it's starting to look like someone in Capitec is deliberately withholding my money. Also Capitec promised to get back to me ,not one email or phone call has been made by the bank to even explain why I am being subjected to such treatment.
