Capitec bank what is going on with my account

Worst expeirence of ny entire life, but then again thats what happens when youbdont listen you get burnt, long story short capitec has for lack of a better downgraded my score due to the fact that i settled a loan fron them. On saterday the 1st i owed them 23 thousand and i wanted another loan which they approved to be exact 5000 + a credit card of 5500 i said ti the consultant at somerset west branch id go home think about it and id be back on monday. Cone monday morning i tell them il settle myself i dont want to consolidate, after having done so as soon as the consultant punched my i. D in it immidiately declined, theybtried again and even called call center which wasnt of any help at all. When i tried other financial institutions i was told that i had a bad credit record, do u know how frustrating that was. Iv had amd paid off two laons with capitec succesfully. A similar thing happend with the first one where I went to a branch in somerset west and got declined and got the loan in simerset mall. Im at a point that iv decided i am done with caoitec and all their stupidity never again.
