CAPITEC BANK VS ADMINISTRATION ORDER

I am a client of Capitec Bank with a relatively good income. I app**** for a loan TWICE with them and constantly declined. I was told today that I am an active DEBT ADMINISTRATION applicant. This happened in February 2017 as well upon which I emailed Transunion, Compuscan and Experian who confirmed THAT NOTHING IS REGISTERED UNDER MY NAME AS BEING UNDER DEBT REVIEW. I have contacted Capitec Bank to inform them of the same and I am constantly sent from one end to the other and NOBODY can assist me. I was told today to apply to have the Order rescinded. How can I have an Order rescinded at court if I never app**** to be placed under administration. I am unable to rent a flat, get a loan etc and nobody seems to be able to assist.
