CAPITEC BANK VOUCHER CANNOT BE REDEEMED

I made a cash send vouch of R3000.00 to myself upon trying to make the withdrawal the ATM says voucher cannot be redeemed but on my app it says redeemed. The ATM did not give me funds. I immediately called the ***** department but they telling me it says it was redeemed. No one is willing to help solve this as am 100% certain that no money was released by the ATM
