Capitec Bank Vehicle Licensing

Capitec Vehicle liccensing is a disaster. I paid for to vehicles and only received one disk. The branch can not help, I tried the whatsapp and calling them without and help. they all refere me to skynet who delivered what they sent to me. When i ask for refund they refer me to RTMC which they claimed i paid while my transetion was with them.
