Capitec Bank Vangate Mall
Poor customer service at Vangate Mall Capitec Bank, the one by Pick n Pay entrance. Yes, everything got done, but the service was debatable. Totally disgusting. she was not even wearing a name tag, but the service was unacceptable and extremely poor. If they continue in this matter, they will definitely begin losing clients.
