Capitec Bank useless not Recommend

Capitec Bank is a useless Bank which is not recommend they can't even help customers with loans all what they can do is to decline customers and their staff is very rude they should first get training how to work with customers before working at the bank when I try to apply for consolidation loan asked for 84 months and capitec must settle my other account capitec doesn't do a budget they only type in the customers ID and then system shows declined after I got declined the guy who assisted me told me why do I need a loan if I have a credit card and my credit card I have for 8 months and it's none of their business what I have on my name capitec should rather just close their doors if you can't help people why are you in business capitec is just a useless Bank and their savings account is like a cheque account every expensive
