Capitec Bank - Useless in Stopping/Reversing Debt Orders...

Capitec Bank - Debt Order - Stop of Dispute... Went to Capitec Bank Mall@Carnival to Stop a Debt Order, great teller very helpful Stopped the Debt Order - Showed me on the computer and told me "Don't worry in wont go through Again" Fantastic! WRONG it went through again!!! Sent a email to *** Took ages to reply and Monique Jansen sent me a email explaining how a Debt Order can be Stopped / Disputed on the App! Obviously her training is not up to scratch - You cannot do that on the App if the Amount is over R800??? Furthermore, she gave me all the reasons why a Debt Order cannot be stopped (Contradicting the Branch Teller) So I rep**** pointing out the disparities!!! marvelous - NOT - she send me the same "HOGWASH" EMAIL again? Your Client Care Center should be changed to Client " We don't Care" Center. Capitec will tell all the loopholes there are when Stopping a Debt Order - but don't expect them to reverse the Debit Order they allowed to go through. Pathetic... Then Monique informed the branch I have a problem with them??? Passing the Buck - Service from the branch was good...
