Capitec Bank useless

I opened a case of ***** with Capitec after one of their clients de*****ed me in December. Even now no one has ever called me or given feedback on my query.

Capitec is a useless bank were they do not take their cases seriously.

Am sure the very same person is continuing to use the same bank to **** ppl going forward.
