CAPITEC BANK, USELESS AT ASSISTING AND JUST SHRUGGING THEIR SHOULDERS.

This morning my husband went to the ATM at Thabo Mbeki Street, Mokopane to draw money. He was ****** by a few ***ards, taking his bank card and without minutes withdrawing R2000. They tried at FNB like in ten times to draw more, but could not. Going to the branch he was informed.... SORRY SIR OUR BANK CANNOT AFFORD A SECURITY GUARD, SORRY SIR WE DO NOT HAVE SECURITY CAMERAS AT THE ATM, THE BANK CANNOT AFFORD IT. Thank you Capitec for putting me in this predicament. YOUR ARE USELESS. This was exactly the reason we moved from FNB a few years ago
