Capitec bank useless

Good day, I'm so fed up wit capitec bank I phoned last week bought airtym to phone I wanted a statement from them and I was told I'm gonna get it a week now stil nothing, I phoned again the lines is busy, I phoned today again the girl said she gna send it didn't take my details dropped the line how hard is it to get a statement!
