Capitec bank untruthfulles

Hi I have a bad experience with capitec bank I had a loan with them and unfortunately the loan was handed over to the attorney and I settled the debt in 2023 and was given a Paid up letter by the attorneys,and send the letter to trnasunion for clearance. Then after 5yrs I tried to apply for credit at Capitec and I was declined on grounds of being handed over I called capitec with no success. On the 9th of April I send capitec the paid up letter again and today the 14th April I received an email from capitec telling me that my loan debt was sold to he attorneys with all the rights and they can't remove the hand over status on their capitec system and when I asked who's responsibility is it now to remove this status because it appears on the capitec app when I get the reason for decline. I called the attorneys again they told me the debt was settled in full by me and my file have been closed long time ago. Now I'm sitting here frustrated and confused of what to do because capitec is now playing hide and seek with my l8fe here.
