Capitec Bank unsupportive

I have been with Capitec since 2012. And they just hit the bottom of the pit with me. I am definitely switching banks soon. I feel like they are against people trying to be in control of their budget. I rather changes banks and be able to use 22seven then uninstall 22seven because of one bank giving issues with this. Because it such a brilliant app and they don't want people to be able to use such a powerful tool
