Capitec Bank - unsatisfactory service

<p>Received terrible customer service for the simplest request ever, then they even told to pay arrears because they can't help , how pathetic. Truly disgusted. I have an outstanding loan with these people and I'm requesting for a date change , firstly branch consultant don't represent themselves as the brand and customer service representatives tell me to pay extra because they ***********.</p>
