Capitec Bank ******** Account Freezing

Do not waste your time banking with such ridiculous people with staff that has less experience with Customers then that of FNB ,Absa ,Standard Bank and Nedbank. Do not make a mistake like I did , they froze my account because the person who paid me did a transaction to my account with no refusal, but capitec blocked my account because they suspected it was ***** , it's been a year now they still haven't had any reasonable reason for blocking my account but made ridiculous requests for me to prove my innocent , I even gave them a Affidavit in this respect. they still hold my account ********ly.

And they complaints department is not going to help you in any way but themselves in trying to hold you monies .

Do not trust small banks that have no experience they will end up costing you more money and give you a hard time. As they do not care about there reputation
