Capitec bank undermines us

Following my review of 29 May 2019, Capitec claimed that they will help by end of mondsy 03 june 2019 which is a blatant lie. Capitec bank please be fair to your customers, I am fair when I pay you my money for your services . You can do better than this, how come you can assist me on this custormers are complaining out there about your bad services. Its bad in such away that i cant advice or convince anyone to use your banking. This is absurd.
