Capitec Bank Unauthorized Money Transfer

Money had been missing from my account and I recently wrote a review where capitec rep**** and said they'd get back to me within the next business day which they never did. I'm honestly considering banking elsewhere becaise customer service sucks and they clearly don't deliver and with the stories circling around the net like the tongaat incident it makes you wonder how much they value their customer... once again I emphasize that I'm a studeng writing my exams online and was going to use the money to write my exams but now with the money having being transfered without my approval I honestly don't trust Capitec anymore.
