Capitec Bank Unauthorised Debit Orders

I have 1 funeral cover and 1 life cover with Capitec Bank, both Debicheck approved to debit on the 30th. Since July it has been debiting twice a month, and when I ask them to reverse the payment, they tell me they can't assist. Today I got messages showing that insurance money for both policies were debited from my account, that time they debited again on the 30th.

This bank is a **** and you guys are ****ming people of their hard earned money
