Capitec Bank, true professionals!
I am complementing Capitec Bank once again for their excellent and professional service. I had a serious problem which I thought could not be sorted out. I approached Eunice Mashiyane at the Randridge Mall Branch and she started the process which was then handed over to Nokuphumla Skenjana in Complaint Management (Ref no ***8). Noku kept in touch regularly and she managed to resolve the problem. Both ladies are an asset to Capitec Bank. Capitec Bank is the best bank I have ever dealt with.
