CAPITEC BANK TREAT THEIR COSTUMERS BADLY

I had 6 months loan with capitec bank that i took last year and the loan was paid succefull without skeeping any payment.. I took another 6 months loan again in december last year and the loan was fully paid within the period of six months this year. So now when i apply for new loan they telling me that i dont qualify for for loan? SO IS THAT HOW CAPITEC BANK TREAT THEIR TRUSTFULL CUSTOMERS?

SO MUST I MOVE MY SALARY TO THE OTHER BANK ?

I DONT SEE ANY BENEFITS FROM MY OWN BANK CAPITEC ?

WHAT MUST I DO?
